style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9t\u00e9rioration apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Surstocks command\u00e9s par le client<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e9ventes ou performance commerciale insuffisante<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><b> Interdiction de d\u00e9ductions non autoris\u00e9es<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aucune d\u00e9duction ou compensation ne peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e sur une facture sans autorisation \u00e9crite pr\u00e9alable de FOKA International Inc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toute d\u00e9duction non autoris\u00e9e constituera un solde impay\u00e9 exigible imm\u00e9diatement.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><b> Modalit\u00e9s de r\u00e8glement<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si une
